Julia is magical. My husband and I wanted to see where to start - as first time homebuyers there was a lot of questions, concerns, nerves & excitement. We had the pleasure of working and selling our home with Julia in the Lake Stevens area. Initially we were hesitant to use Julia to sell our home as she didn’t have as much experience compared to other agents in the area. We ended up going through two other agents that had more experience but had to be let go due to not being able to sell the home. We ended up going with Julia in the third round and she completely nailed the process and secured a sale. Even though we bypassed her on the first two rounds, she was extremely kind, professional, and never reminded of our failure. She took on the hard task of selling a home that has been on market north for five months and redid all the staging, new marketing strategy, and community outreach. She was able to secure sales within the first open house weekend by being communicative with the now buyers and explaining the area, the market value, and so forth. As a professional, she also had to navigate and solve a unique situation where the previous agent locked all the keys inside the home. For those reading this review, our takeaway is don’t let the experience portion deter you from using Julia. Had we used her on the first round, we would have saved a significant amount of money and headaches. Additionally, I would state that you should use Julia because she is communicative, straightforward, kind, respectful, knowledgeable and effective in selling homes. Her local area experience in Lake Stevens and understanding of the market is invaluable. She was able to sell a home that other agents with years of experience couldn’t because as a new agent she is so driven and full of new ideas. Are you tired of your agent being noncommunicative or sale being stagnant? Give Julia a call and get that house under contract. For reference she sold our house in 2025.
